  2. We will abide by the 10 National Privacy Principles of the Australian Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000.

    • your address
    • your telephone number
    • your email address
    • your credit card details
  4. We collect information about you for two reasons only - to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service.
  5. We will not pass the information that we collect to any other party, except, in the case of an overseas order, to the Margaret River Regional Wine Centre, who, in turn, will not share the information collected with any other individual or organisation and will not contact you other than in connection with your order for Woody Nook wines, unless you specifically request that they do so.
  6. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. If at any time you prefer not to be included in any future mailings, please notify us and we will honour your request.
  7. We will hold your personal information securely.
  8. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies, we will correct it promptly.
